If we hit that five-month mark and you’re still not running pain-free, you’ll keep working with me for free until you are. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan. It’s tailored specifically to your injury history, training goals, and the demands of your real life.

I’m Bethany, and I specialize in helping marathoners who’ve been told to “just take time off” or “just do some stretches” finally get the answers, and results, they’ve been looking for. I’m not just a running coach. I combine performance science with personal coaching to help you understand your body, trust your training, and actually enjoy the process again.

I participated in The Ultimate Runner Studio coaching membership to help me complete my training so I could participate in the 2024 NYC Marathon. I have been a runner for over 20 years but recurring calf pain had be pausing my training every few weeks when the pain became too much to push through.
